Emotional Intelligence & Professional Resilience Training for NQSWs Cohort 2
This one-day programme will enable Newly qualified Social Workers to explore emotional resilience and understand and look at how to manage organisational pressure, systemic issues and differences between professions in a safe and effective manner. This includes consideration of time management, supervision and professional and organisational processes.

This one-day course will consider culture and diversity issues within groups and teams and how our experiences are shaped by our own cultural filters. Participants will be supported to explore how we can apply a culturally sensitive approach and respond to diversity in practice in order to facilitate effective team working and improve outcomes for all citizens.

BASW Practice Assessor / Supervisor Programme
Join in on up to four training sessions as part of the BASW Practice Assessor / Supervisor Programme. This course explores how to ensure the NQSW gets sufficient learning opportunities throughout the year to be able to manage a full & varied caseload at the 12 month point without being overloaded.
