Call for case studies on the positive way the Act has helped people

As part of Social Care Wales work to support the implementation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, they’re looking for real-life stories about the positive ways in which it has helped people. They’d like to identify and share stories about how your work has improved the lives of people since the Act came into force, in a way that will help others learn and be inspired to work in a similar way. They’d love to speak to you about any stories you may have gathered over the past year. These could be digital or written stories you’ve already produced, or even be stories you’d like some help to develop.
