I am a qualified SW with over 25 years experience, initially in generic adult social care I specialised in Mental Health (MH) for over 20 years obtaining my ASW status then AMHP in 2007 I have managed services in MH for the majority of my career I qualified as a professional organisational coach in 2023 and aim to use this new skill in my independent work
I am a Judicial office Holder for the Mental Health and Social Security Tribunal. I am a confident manager and worker with excellent skills in personal development, improving performance, report writing, assessing, reviewing and quality assurance. I am currently employed as an agency worker on the Isle of Man with flexible hours
