Alex has worked with Children, Families & Adults, both able bodied & disabled since 1985. Alex has worked in Child & Family, Leaving Care, Family Placement, Fostering & Adoption, & Disabled Children teams.
Alex is a qualified & registered Social Worker in Wales with a current DBS & has Public Sector & Third Sector management experience, particularly within an operational context.
Alex also works as a trainer and consultant across the UK & Worldwide (for which he does not require separate Social Work registrations in those countries).
Alex is an Honorary Lecturer with Swansea University & has taught on Social Work courses since 1998 at under-graduate & post-graduate level.
