I provide independent clinical supervision drawing on coaching tools to support wellness in staff. I work creatively and therapeutically using a strengths-based approach. I have over 16 years’ experience of providing supervision to foster carers, students and staff who support people in crisis and are affected by trauma. Additionally, I have devised and delivered training and I have investigated complaints across 4 local authorities.
