I focus on encouraging and enabling honest, authentic relational practice with people through lifelong learning.I specialise in teaching evidence-informed practice among people who work with children and adults in social care. I help practitioners build their approach on helpful relationships with those they serve, empowering them to make a positive difference in people’s lives.I am developing a clinical practice with children and their families to support them to build resilience, manage stress, and improve communication. I am passionate about being helpful.I love collaborating with my peers on projects that increase social work knowledge, effectiveness and autonomy.
