Profile: I am an independent social worker working out of Bristol, but willing to travel. I am a Best Interest Assessor with over 12 years experience in undertaking both Best Interest and Capacity assessments under the DoLS framework for a number of local authorities having developed and ran a DoLS Service from its inception. I am regularly commissioned by solicitors and private individuals to provide capacity assessments on a range of decisions. I have also completed CoP3 forms and provided independent Care Act Assessments. I am available to provide a range of reports including expert witness and can also provide case management and advice.
