I have over 20 years' experience as a: practice educator of qualifying students from numerous programmes; practice assessor of trainee practice educators and newly qualified social workers; independent trainer; independent supervisor of social workers and social care workers; programme leader/lecturer and tutor on qualifying and post qualifying programmes; assessor/tutor of social work apprentices; workplace mentor; and four years as a lead assessor of qualified children's social workers. My passions are education and professional development.
