I am an ISW with 30 years experience assessing children and families in the public, private and health care sectors in both the US and the UK. I have published in the fields of domestic violence and the effects on children, child abuse, on postnatal depression, as well as hospice care for children. In the United States, I worked as a paediatric social worker and was adjunct faculty teaching medical students and physicians. In the United Kingdom, I have worked as a front-line child protection social worker and manager. I am currently an Independent Reviewing Officer. I have been an ISW since 2012 and have prepared numerous court reports in that time.
