Profile: I am a registered social worker, practice educator, mentor, ASYE Assessor, Inspector, and an experienced Workforce Development Lead.
I provide consultancy on communication and engagement with young children in social work practice. I deliver training , 'SeeMe.HearMe.KnowMe' to Social Workers, students, Newly Qualified Social Workers and experienced social workers. I am an experienced Independent Foster Carer Trainer. I provide a wide range of training and supervison to Supervising Social Workers. I am a current practice educator, working in many sectors and across all pathways into Social Work. I deliver Practice Education Mastery Workshops.
