I have worked with Children and Families since qualifying in 2001. I provide expertise and skills in; assessment (SGO, Parenting, Form f, Risk), communication, observation, report writing and quality assurance. My focus of intervention with children and families is for decisions to be reached that are in the best interests of the child(ren) and their families. I am a confident, experienced social worker who is able to build rapport with service users and those I work with and provide a fair overview of presenting challenges and strengths to effective and safe care. My communication style is to be restorative that provides high challenge and high support.
