I work within child protection / proceedings, engaging in family proceedings, completing robust assessments that interface with critical analysis, defensible decision making and partnership working. I complete parent assessments, connected carer (fostering) assessments, annex A reports and child and family assessments. I have experience working as a senior leader in the drug and alcohol sector, mobilising a whole family contract and embedding the national drug strategy. My practices interface with trauma informed approaches that allow me to work holistically with people.
