Experienced supervising social worker practising in local authorities & independent agencies for 13 years (recruitment, assessments, training, supervision, reviews, transitions) Prior experience in child protection, court proceedings, family support and residential. Currently offering an Independent social work service to local authorities, independent & voluntary sector, with a special interest in fostering. I undertake fostering assessments, recruitment work, and supervise foster homes. Local area is Devon & Cornwall & can consider further afield. Successfully supporting/supervising carers who have relocated to the southwest on behalf of their fostering providers in other regions.
