I have worked with children and families since 2009. I have worked in FAST teams,delivered contact services and worked in Child Protection. I have carried out parenting assessments. I have experience of working in drug and alcohol services. I have extensive knowledge of fostering, including connected persons. Fostering recruitment is a particular interest of mine. I have been involved in recruitment activities, Skills to Foster and completed Form F Assessments and Regulation 24 assessments. I am particularly skilled at supervising and supporting Foster carers. I am able to establish positive working relationships with carers whilst always maintaining professional boundaries.
