Profile: I offer independent social work assessments for the courts, public bodies and private clients relating to adults with mental disorder. I am able to take instruction in mental capacity and best interests assessment, Best Interests Assessor report for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Care Act assessment, S21A application, Re X application and welfare application to the Court of Protection, and complaints investigation. I offer Safeguarding Adults Review authorship, leading of learning workshops and independent audit of safeguarding adults work. I am able to provide bespoke consultancy relating to legal literacy, reflective practice, coaching, management support and organisation development.
