Family courts: Impact and fairness before, during and after Covid-19
Gavin Moorghen, Professional Officer, BASW England will draw on his experience of working in public and private law in the family courts as well as the work of the BASW England Children and Families social work group. Gavin will also reflect on some of the ethical challenges for social workers before and during the pandemic.

- Identify some of the existing ethical dilemmas from working in the family courts.
- Consider the messages from practitioners working in the courts virtually.
