SASW Skills & Knowledge : Supervision – your lifeline in social work practice

Building on the previous taster sessions, this workshop will continue to explore the purpose of supervision, offering participants practical tools to develop their supervision practice, as a supervisor or supervisee.  We will explore the theories and values which underpin supervision in social work and support participants to recognise their needs. We will offer evidence based models and tools to support participants in making best use of their supervision.
