London Branch Meeting – A reflection on 2020, COVID-19 and BLM, and new beginnings

The BASW England London Branch invites you to reflect on what has been one of the most challenging years in living memory for social work. We will discuss key findings on how COVID-19 has shaped practice, as well as what learning we can take from the Black Lives Matter movement to become an actively anti-racist profession. We will invite speakers from BASWs very own Black Professionals Symposium.
We will also look to the future, and will vote for a new branch chair/discuss new beginnings for the branch as the year draws to a close.
