Social Care and Health
Health and Social Care
We offer a wide range of services to the community with a range of health and social care needs.
We want to promote healthy living and social wellbeing. The section provides you with advice for adults, children and family care.
Our new set of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) web pages will ensure that adults who need support, and their families, friends and carers have better access to health and well-being information.
We help to look after and protect vulnerable elderly people, children in need, people with disabilities, carers of all ages, people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and those with alcohol and drug problems.
We help a range of people in Norfolk to live fulfilling and independent lives, we can also give you and your carer information and advice, even if you do not qualify for social care funding. We can also put you in touch with other organisations that may be able to help you
