This is a diverse role focusing on developing policy, leading on consultation responses and position statements, recruitment and support of BASW Wales members, stakeholder engagement and building local branch networks.  The post holder(s) will work with a variety of partners including government representatives, politicians, social work employers, educationalists and the third sector.

The role will support BASW Wales’s capacity to shape and respond to national policy, research and practice development priorities.
