Do you have excellent communication, negotiation and listening skills?
Are you able to provide swift and practical advice to support members who are experiencing issues in their employment?
Are you a skilled registered social worker with some employment law knowledge who has the confidence and experience to represent and support members through a variety of internal processes?
Are you located in the South of England – preferably somewhere in the middle of the South – South of the M4 corridor to the South coast?
We are looking for someone to have general responsibilities, primarily in the South of England but also, on occasion, throughout the UK as and when required. It is expected that you will work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
This is a temporary part time employment opportunity that would equally suit an independent social worker under a contract for services agreement. BASW are willing to work flexibly with any suitable candidate.
