Employment troubles

As a BASW member you can access advice from BASW Advice and Representation, a team of qualified social workers, for professional and regularity help.

We advise over 1,500 members every year.

Some members can face a range of employment issues, from discrimination and misconduct allegations to accessing training and employment tribunals.

Our team of qualified social workers understand the issues you face and are able to advise and represent you at regulatory councils if you are also a member of the Social Workers Union (SWU).
