Profile: Through my work as an independent social worker I provide needs assessments, mental capacity assessments, support planning and case management to clients in the community. I currently work with several Court of Protection appointed Deputies providing a range of services to their private clients including Lasting Power of Attorney certificate provider and serve notification of Court of Protection orders.
