Gill qualified as a Social Worker in 1985 and has worked for a number of local authorities in adult care. She has a specific interest in mental health including dementia care. She offers independent person centered assessments, identification and review of adults' care needs in care settings and in the community. Gill is a trained Best Interests Assessor and is experienced in providing expert witness reports for the Court of Protection, mental capacity assessments including COP 3 assessments and can act as certificate provider for Lasting Powers of Attorney. She worked for 10 years as an Approved Mental Health Professional, under MHA 1983.
