I have extensive experience of complex care proceedings where I have undertaken assessments of parents and family members; prepared reports and statements and given evidence in various courts. I have extensive experience in Adoption, Adoption Support and Special Guardianship. This includes preparation, training and assessment of adopters and Special Guardians; family finding and placement of children; supporting adoptive placements; Intermediary work with adopted adults and running training courses and support groups for adopters and Special Guardians. I have written policies and procedures and provided training to staff in several areas. I have experience of Practice Teaching.
