Profile: Effective Practice Ltd supports individuals and organisations to identify and implement solutions to practice issues. I am currently working on projects with local authorities and national sector improvement organisations to improve social care practice, including through policy, resources, training and evaluation. I have a particular interest in social work with older people and adult social care development. I co-host the Helpful Social Work podcast at www.helpfulsocialwork.com.I am based in Cornwall but work on-line and in person across England.
