I also have experience with liaising with funding providers; writing tenders; applying for grants; creating and reviewing care plans and packages of provision. I have in depth experience of completing Parenting and Form F assessment, Community Care Reviews and Placement Plans.I strive to work from a child centered and therapeutic approach.
