Profile: I am an experienced Social Worker (qualified in 2006) with expertise in safeguarding and children in care. I have excellent assessment skills and I am well organised, keeping to deadlines. I have received additional training in systemic practice and strength-based approaches, which influence my practice.
I am an experienced practice educator for students, with experience in supporting students who have previously failed their placements. I have experience in supporting newly qualified social workers, including regular support and development sessions on a group and individual basis.
I have developed and facilitated multi-agency training on a range of topics.
