Since establishing my company in 2014 I have undertaken a variety of work across a wide range of independent commissions including establishing school safeguarding teams, completing IMR's for SCR's and DHR, compliance audits against statutory frameworks and guidance, management investigations, developing a SEND quality assurance framework, safer recruitment and delivery of safeguarding training.
I have an outstanding record of service improvement, management of multi-agency partnerships including LSCB.
