Profile: I have 14 years' experience of working with Children & Families. Currently working as an ISW countrywide specialising in Parent and Carer Assessments, CUBAS, PAMS, SGO's, Viabilities but can also support Supervised Contact. I have been a Team Manager within a Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team, managing 5 SW's and supporting 90-100 children and families. I am confident using Signs of Safety, undertaking direct work with children and working with parents with additional needs. I work from a strengths-based approach when supporting families.
