I have 42 years experience as a practitioner, manager, and service developer or reviewer covering most functions within children's and families work in the public and voluntary sectors. This included a year as a senior manager in New Zealand
Over the last 20 years I have provided consultancy to over 50 organisations in public and independent sectors
I have authored and published via CAE over 20 \'Personal Guides\' to family and criminal law and written guides commissioned by the British Association for Adoption and Fostering.
Reflecting my independence from all other agencies, I have completed dozens of complaint investigations and over 100 serious case review reports.
