I qualified as a social worker in 2010. I was employed within a Children and Families Team for the first two years. During this time I completed court work which included working with children through to adoption.

I then transferred to an Adoption Team. In 2012 i completed level one of Theraplay. I am currently planning to become accredited in Theraplay.

I have supported adoptive parents through the adoption journey including facilitating training of adopters, completing assessments to approve adopters as well as post adoption assessments, direct work with parents and children.

I have a passion for working with children and supporting all parents, whether from birth or adoption.
