Hard-working and passionate experienced Social Worker who has extensive mental health, hospital, Community work experience in the social care sector, and as an Independent Social worker. Reflecting on my practice, I recognise that I can rationalise my decision-making processes, my emotional resilience has progressed, and I understand the importance of evidence-based practice.
