I left my employment within an Adoption Team in December 2019, following a period of eight years. This involved a lot of assessment work of new applicants, (writing PAR's), running appropriate training courses for applicants, then helping in the matching process, placement and support during early stages of placement.
Prior to this position, I worked for an IFA, as a supervising social worker who also completed Form F assessments.
Prior to this role, I had numerous positions within a statutory sector, all within children and family services. This involved child protection and court work assessments.
