Profile: I have 30 years experience in social care and social work. I have substantial experience as a social work leader and manager and my specialist interest is in reflective supervision. My practice expertise is adoption and permanence for children in care.
I now provide pre and post qualifying social work teaching and learning opportunities and work as a training consultant and coach. My specialism is in social work leadership and management, with a focus on reflective supervision. I also teach social work law and direct work with children and young people.
