I have held a number of roles in Local Authority children services teams with the majority of my experience being within safeguarding. I have enjoyed supporting others to enhance and develop their practice, in the capacity as a manager, practice educator, through delivering training and reflective supervision and through strategic planning and development of guidance and procedures. I have implemented Signs of Safety, Systemic Practice and Secure Base; and undertaken audits to analyse and improve practice on a individual as well as organisational level. I have completed, quality assured and endorsed SGO, kinship, Fostering, and court safeguarding assessments and given evidence in court.
