I have worked for 20 years largely in frontline child protection teams as a social worker, a manager and a service manager. I have experience of working in areas throughout the child's journey from intake and assessment, through Care Proceedings and also in children in care/permanence teams. I have undertaken parenting assessments (including PAMS/parentassess), SGO and viability assessments, PAR assessments, Independent management investigations, siblings assessments, Child permanence reports and direct work with children and families. I have a particular interest in working with parents with learning difficulties.
