Trauma Informed Practice Training

Part of BASW's Taught Skills Development programme

What is trauma? What do we mean by trauma informed practice and how can this be integrated into evidence based services across agency settings?

This 3-hour CPD certified course will be delivered virtually using MS teams.

The course will provide participants the opportunity to undertake small group work activities thereby allowing for discussion and learning from one another.

This session aims to raise awareness in participants about the wide impact of trauma and how to begin supporting service users in this without inadvertently repeating unhealthy dynamics.
