In a pre-recorded discussion, Professor Jermaine Ravalier (Professor in Organisational Psychology and Social Justice, Bath Spa University) and Dr Ruth Allen (CEO, BASW) explore some of the key findings from the BASW Annual Survey 2021. The survey, which was conducted in December 2021, asked questions about a range of issues relating to the experiences of social workers as well as their current views on the profession. The summary report will be launched by BASW in early March.
