SASW Student & NQSW Support & Mentoring Group

SASW recognises that due to Covid-19 developments students have had their learning moved online and placements have been cancelled or were cut short due to Covid-19.
Final year students are fast tracked into practice which will come with its own challenges. Those challenges are different from the challenges that experienced SW's face. We’ll therefore want to offer a regular online Student and NQSW support forum that is open to all students and NQSWs here in Scotland to offer peer support and mentoring elements.
The session will be facilitated by our Professional Officer, Karin Heber, an experienced social worker and will be held on MS Teams. The event link will be shared prior to the event.
