SASW Community of Practice - Justice Services June 2022

This session will be an opportunity to explore the plans for the development of a National Care Service (NCS), from a justice social work perspective. What will it mean for justice social work, and for a cohesive social work profession? We will be joined by James Maybee, Justice Social Work Policy & Practice Lead with Social Work Scotland, who will provide a short input on the leadership perspective on justice social work and the NCS.

The Community of Practice is for justice social workers, living and working in Scotland who are SASW members. Non-members can attend one session before becoming a member of SASW.  The session topic will be confirmed in due course.
