Join us in growing our Community of Practice (CoP) for justice social workers in Scotland. Reflect and learn together – in a safe environment – to improve practice, promote the values of social work and maintain the integrity of the profession.

This session, we will be joined by Fiona Govan, Senior Legal Officer with the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission. The SCCRC is the independent body established to review allegations of miscarriages of justice in Scotland. Fiona will talk about the Commission’s role and how it is relevant to social work and answer any questions.
The Community of Practice is for justice social workers, living and working in Scotland who are SASW members. Non-members can attend one session before becoming a member of SASW.
