BASW England EDT Manager Monthly Reflective Space

EDT Social Workers have face enormous challenges over the previous 2 years, working in conditions which were unforeseen in an already under resourced and over-stretched service. This is a reflective space for EDT managers to come together to honestly discuss practice challenges, examples of best practice, and to build on policy recommendations/contribute to BASW’s ongoing campaigns. This is a valuable opportunity to gain non-judgemental peer support from other managers who understand the sorts of issues you and your team may be facing.
