Part of SASW's celebration of Book Week Scotland

In this relaxed workshop, we shall first read some poems together that engage with social issues, broadly conceived.

We shall then work through a few simple prompts to produce writing and/or poems of our own. No experience necessary!

Samuel Tongue is a widely published poet and experienced workshop leader. He is Project Coordinator at the Scottish Poetry Library and works on poetry for health and wellbeing.
