Adult Social Care Summary of Final Report
We have now published our final report which sets out our recommendations for the reform of adult social care. The final report marks the completion of the Law
Commission’s project on adult social care law. The Government has announced that it will introduce legislation in 2012 to implement the recommendations it
accepts in our final report.
This is a summary of the main recommendations contained in the final report.
