This report sets out the findings of our 2011 review of child neglect. Our comprehensive review is the first of a series to gauge the current situation for
neglected children across the UK and monitor the effects of changes in national and local policy and practice. It enables us to fill in the gaps that currently exist about the situation for, and response to, neglected children.
