This is the first report from the national evaluation of the Child Poverty Local Authority Innovation Pilot (LAIP). The Pilot was announced in Ending child poverty: everybody’s business (HMT, 2008) as a programme to trial locally appropriate and innovative ways of addressing child poverty.
