Computer says 'misery'

Pressure from the Social Work Taskforce and constant criticisms from frustrated social workers led to a Department for Children Schools and Families decision to revise guidance on the future of the Integrated Children’s System, a database that many view as too prescriptive, inflexible and time consuming.
