NIASW 2011 A Continuous Learning Framework for Social Care Workers and Post Registration Training and Learning Requirements
This consultation document sets out the aim, rationale and background for the development of a Continuous Learning Framework for social care registrants. The overall aim of this Framework is to specify minimum learning standards which registrants must address to remain eligible for registration on the social care part of the NISCC Register. The standards will inform registrants’ learning and development and NISCC post registration training and learning requirements (PRTL).
