Standards for Employers of Social Workers in England and Supervision Framework
Evidence submitted to the Social Work Task force highligted the need for a set of standards and supervision framework for all employers of social workers. These standards and frameworkset out the shared core expectations of employers, whcih will enable social workers in all employment settingsto work effectively. Good supervision has been shown to providemore consistent outcomes for children, adults and families.
